En Français : Si ta OG était réellement de 1,020, et que tu as maintenant 1,005 tu as 1,9% d'alcool. Si tu attends que ça descende jusqu'à 1,000 tu auras une bière aussi limpide que de l'eau avec un gros 2,6%. Pour un Scotch Ale, c'est assez bizarre. Possiblement que tu as ajouté trop d'eau initiallement...Ou bien tu t'es simplement trompé lors de ta lecture de gravité. Faudra penser à recommencer.
English : 1,9% with 1,005 FG might be the thinnest scotch ale ever created ! There is absolutly a problem with the amount of water you used initially. Maybe you've noted 1,020 but it was more in the 1.060-1.070 range. If so, 1,005 is possibly the lowest gravity that your brew might reach. Keep in mind that water is at 1,000, and you do NOT want your brew to have such a low gravity.
Relax and have yourself a homebrew...or someone else's brew...

Comme dit plus hat, c'est vraiment un must. Considérant que la levure est vraiment l'âme d'une bière, et que ce livre contient tout ce qu'il faut pour faire une belle job! Mes 3 cennes! :)
